Sensory Fitness

Sensory Fitness is a boutique fitness studio located in Kendall, Florida. This gym offers a unique workout experience for members, providing a setting that appeals to the senses with soft neon lighting and gentle sweet smells while helping them achieve their fitness goals.

Members can join various classes throughout the week to target different fitness goals. With trained instructors and high-quality equipment, this gym’s service offering is strong and distinguished.

Problem
Despite Sensory Fitness’s unique selling proposition, the business struggled to gain new members during the summer months of 2021, due to a lack of brand awareness.

Solution
We created a social media marketing plan for the gym, focusing on its Instagram and Facebook pages. Additionally, we created monthly social media advertisements and Google advertisements.

Our agency posts three separate Instagram and Facebook posts each week and Instagram “stories” throughout the week as well.

Our talented team continues to strengthen the brand with cohesive Instagram and Facebook posts.

Feed and story graphics and copy highlight the gym’s edgy and motivational tone, taking advantage of the studio’s neon lighting and inspirational quotes. Social graphics focused on sleek and modern imagery that conveyed a sense of gritty determination.

Post copy made use of figurative language and motivational phrasing to encourage followers to sign up for workout classes and take pride in their high-end community gym.
The copy was written in a mix of promotional and non-promotional content, using emotional messaging where possible for community or member appreciation posts.

Result:

As a result of consistent, cohesive and innovative social media posts and advertisements, Sensory Fitness saw a 50% increase in membership sales by the end of the summer, the highest it has ever had during any given summer in its six-year existence.

 

Sensory Fitness saw engagement increase to 73%, reach increase to 44%, and followers increase by ~11% on Instagram. Google Ads contributed to Sensory Fitness having a higher ranking on Google’s search page, generating more sales for the gym through Google, and reaching wider audiences.

GetBissy Marketing continues to post social media content for Sensory Fitness, maintaining the previous strategy, but with new tactics. For example, the agency now posts four times a week instead of three. It also makes use of Instagram Reels to post longer and more in-depth video content that better demonstrates the appeal of the studio.
